Bailey's Hot Chocolate

A Bailey’s hot chocolate which I was craving.

Recipe 1

Ingredients

  • 480 ml milk

  • 50 g caster sugar

  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 170 g chocolate chips

  • 120 ml Baileys Irish Cream

  • Melted chocolate, for rim

  • Whipped cream, for serving

  • Crushed Oreos, for serving

  • Chocolate Sauce, for serving

Directions

  1. Bring milk to a simmer in small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Whisk in sugar and cocoa powder and stir until no lumps remain.

  3. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is completely melted.

  4. Turn off heat.

  5. Pour melted chocolate in a small dish.

  6. Dip cups in the chocolate to rim the cup.

  7. Pour hot chocolate into each glass, then top with whipped cream.

  8. Garnish with crushed Oreos and drizzle more with chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. hot cocoa mix

  • 1 cup hot milk (237ml)

  • 1 oz. coffee liqueur

  • 1 oz. irish cream

  • 1 oz. vodka

  • whipped cream

  • brownie brittle

Directions

  1. Add hot cocoa mix to mug (rimmed with chocolate syrup if that’s your thing)

  2. Pour over hot milk

  3. Mix well

  4. Add in booze and mix again

  5. Top with whipped cream

  6. Sprinkle with brownie brittle
