Light airy hazelnut cookies
Ingredients
3 egg whites
210g white sugar
210 ground hazelnuts (we usually grind these ourselves with a food processor)
whole hazelnuts
Directions
Beat egg whites and sugar untill stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the ground hazelnuts.
With a spoon form small heaps of batter on a baking sheet.
Top each “heap” with one whole hazelnut.
Bake at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
