Sugar Cookies

Our standard xmas cookies.

Ingredients

  • 225g self raising flour

  • 100g caster sugar

  • 100g butter

  • 1/2 lemon grated & juice

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together

  2. Place dough in fridge to cool

  3. Roll our dough, and cut into shapes

  4. Bake at 180 degrees until golden (8-10 mins)

  5. Decorate as desired
