Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet potato fries in the oven.

Ingredients

• sweet potato

• oil (eg olive oil)

• rosemary

• salt

• pepper

Directions

1. Pre heat the oven to 200C.
2. Take as much sweet potato as you want, cut them into strips and slather those bad boys in oil (I use sunflower oil).
3. Put them on some baking paper sprinkle a bit of rosemary on it (i fucken love rosemary)
4. Put em in the oven for like 25ish minutes.
5. Then take them out and salt/pepper them to taste!
